Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer free shipping on all packages to addresses within J&T-supported service areas in the Philippines. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. 

We process orders on business days, excluding Philippine public holidays. Orders with confirmed payment by 2:00 PM may be prepared that day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Courier pickup and delivery times vary by location. The cutoff does not guarantee same-day dispatch or delivery on a specific date.

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number using the contact details provided at checkout. Please check that your name, address, and mobile number are correct.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or could not be delivered, contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and update you on the next step. If an incorrect address requires reshipment, we will tell you about any additional charge before proceeding.
